Résumé

Gauteng Province, South Africa Drawtex Hydroconductive LevaFiber Technology (DLFT) and Negative-pressure wound therapy system (NPWT) imparts a number of clinical effects that promote a healing response at different stage of Wound Bed Preparation(WBP).
Although, the exact mechanisms of action of Drawtex have not been elucidated, Drawtex hydroconductive dressing and negative pressure wound system are mainly designed to ‘’suck and lock’’ large amount of exudates, bacteria, biofilm and wound debris. Portable, disposable system for negative pressure wound therapy is more and more available in Advanced Wound care. Their similarity in positive impact on patient’s wellbeing, allowing increased mobility and comfort freedom to undertake normal activities of daily living is indubitable. While NPWT has been reported to be cost-effective, the acquisition costs of the pump, dressings and other accessories and the rental costs for home use are substantially higher than the costs associated with Drawtex Hydroconductive dressing. Patient satisfaction including excellent pain control during healing process and it financial burden are mainly the close clear baseline relationship between 11998844 Ann. AfAr.n Mn.e Adf.r,.
