Les auteurs rapportent le cas d’une association rare entre un laparoschisis et un hémangiome hépatique et discutent ensuite la prise en charge anténatale et postnatale ainsi que le pronostic de ces deux entités. Le diagnostic a été posé, grâce à l’échographie prénatale réalisée aux Cliniques Universitaires Saint Luc à Bruxelles, à la fin du premier trimestre de grossesse.

The authors report on a rare association between laparoschisis and a liver hemangioma, with further discussion on the prenatal and postnatal management as well as the prognosis of these two entities. The diagnosis was established after antenatal ultrasound performed in the Brussels Saint-Luc University hospital, by the end of the first trimester of the pregnancy.
